Shipping Policy

Economy Shipping: 

​

We will process orders and ship out within 5 days of recievig orders.

​

Your item should be delivered within 7-10 business days from the day your order was placed.

​

Before shipping, each item goes through a Sage Me Down Ceremony. The product will be laid out then smudged by either sage, palo santo, or yerba santa. After they are blessed by our holistic healer, this ensures that each product consists of vibrations that emit love, light, peace and whatever other benefit that specific item provides. Items may sit out to be charged by crystal, sun, or full/new moon. Once the ceremony is completed items are then packaged to be shipped.

Please note that USPS and UPS are currently experiencing delays with delivery due to current world events. Therefore, we are not responsible for delayed times.

Refund & Return Policy

At Sage Me Down, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, most products are handmade and may not be perfect. We embrace all imperfections of our handmade crafts. However, if you don't, we are willing to work with our tribe if there may be any inconveniences.

If the item is damaged during shipment (if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Sage Me Down within 14 days of purchase) a replacement or store credit may be provided (Depending on case).

Please note: We can not provide cash refunds and the buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all "returned" items.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
